By signing below, you agree to the following terms of service:

1) Authorization. The above-named client is engaging Hedgerow Arts as an independent contractor for providing webpage creation and maintenance, to be hosted on the Bakersville.com website.

2) Sole Agreement. This constitutes the sole agreement between Hedgerow Arts and the client regarding these webpages. Any additional work not specified in this contract must be authorized by a written change order. All prices specified in this contract will be honored for twelve (12) months after the receipt of this signed agreement. Continued services after that time will require a new agreement.

3) Website Content. The content of the web pages will be supplied by the client. The client understands that the content provided will be fit into the Bakersville.com template, in order to provide a uniform look and navigation structure to all pages hosted on this site.

4) Legal Matters. In no event will Hedgerow Arts be liable to the client or any third party for any damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental, consequential or special damages arising out of the operation of or inability to operate these web pages or website.

5) Copyrights and Trademarks. The client represents to Hedgerow Arts and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Hedgerow Arts for inclusion in web pages are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Hedgerow Arts and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client.
